Top B2B Travel Platforms for Corporate Booking: 2026 Buyer's Guide
A shortlist of eight corporate booking platforms and TMCs, what each is actually built for, and the questions finance should ask before signing.

Top B2B Travel Platforms for Corporate Booking: 2026 Buyer's Guide
Eight B2B travel platforms are commonly shortlisted for corporate booking in 2026. Here's the list of company travel booking platforms to start from: Navan, Perk (formerly TravelPerk), SAP Concur, Egencia, CTM, FCM Travel, ITILITE and Accomy. They aren't interchangeable. Some are software your team books through, some are travel management companies (TMCs) with agents, and some combine both.
This is Accomy's blog, and Accomy is on the list. We've described every provider from its own published information, checked on 29 and 30 September 2026, and named what we couldn't verify.
Key Takeaways
• Navan, Perk, SAP Concur and ITILITE are software platforms; CTM and FCM are TMCs; Egencia and Accomy combine a platform with people.
• The best fit depends on your size, where you travel and how much of the work you want someone else to do.
• Most of the eight quote pricing on request, so ask each for the total cost at your trip volume.

Which corporate booking platforms belong on a 2026 shortlist?
Here are the eight in one line each:
Navan: travel, expense and corporate cards in one platform, from small businesses to enterprises.
Perk (formerly TravelPerk): travel and spend management for European and US SMEs and mid-market companies.
SAP Concur: the enterprise suite for travel, expense and invoice, paired with a TMC for servicing.
Egencia: Amex GBT's booking platform, with Amex GBT's agents behind it.
CTM: an Australian TMC with its own booking portal and operations in Asia.
FCM Travel: Flight Centre Travel Group's corporate TMC, with local agents in many markets.
ITILITE: a Bengaluru-based platform for travel, expense and corporate cards.
Accomy: a platform with a human support desk, built for Asia-Pacific SMEs.
Provider | Type | Travel | Expense | Cards | Built for |

ITILITE | Platform | Yes | Yes | Yes | India- and US-weighted mid-market |
Accomy | Platform and human desk | Yes | Payment only (expense module in development) | Yes (via Airwallex) | Asia-Pacific SMEs |
"Not verified" means the provider's own pages we checked didn't confirm it, not that the feature is absent.
Decide whether you want software, a service or both before you compare features.
How should a B2B buyer evaluate corporate travel platforms?
Finance usually signs the contract, so start with the questions finance cares about. Ask every vendor these five in writing.
How do you make money? Subscription, per-trip fee, per-seat licence or booking markup. Ask for the total cost at your real volume.
Is policy applied at the point of booking? A rule checked after payment can only be enforced by chasing the traveller.
What does finance receive? Ask for a sample monthly report and check it would reconcile to the invoice.
Who pays the supplier? Central billing, a company card, or the traveller's own card with a claim afterwards.
Who handles a disruption, and how? Ask for the channels, the hours and where the team is based.
A vendor that answers all five in writing is easier to hold to them later.
What do the global platforms offer?
Each block below covers what the platform is, who it's built for and what to check before signing.
Navan
Navan (formerly TripActions) combines booking, expense and corporate cards in one product. It serves companies from small businesses to enterprises and listed on Nasdaq in October 2025 (Navan, 2025). It has offices in Singapore and Sydney, and describes its footprint as strongest in North America and EMEA.
It's built for companies that want one modern tool for travel, spend and cards. Before signing, check support coverage for the regions you travel to most, and ask how pricing scales as you add travellers.
Perk (formerly TravelPerk)
TravelPerk rebranded as Perk in November 2025, with joint headquarters in Boston and London and more than 10,000 customer companies (Perk, 2025). It combines travel booking with spend management and grew up serving European SMEs.
It suits European and US SMEs and mid-market companies, especially those whose travel runs through Europe. Before signing, check local support if much of your travel is in Asia, since its published offices are in Europe and the US.
SAP Concur
SAP Concur is the enterprise standard for travel, expense and invoice, with deep integration into SAP's ERP. You bring your own TMC and GDS, so day-to-day servicing comes from whichever TMC you pair it with.
It suits large multinationals already running SAP. For a 60-person company it's usually more platform than the problem needs, and implementation tends to be a project, not a set-up.
Egencia
Egencia is the digital booking arm of American Express Global Business Travel, with Amex GBT's agent network behind it (Amex GBT, 2026). Amex GBT completed its acquisition of CWT in September 2025 (Amex GBT, 2025).
It suits companies that want self-service booking with a large TMC behind it. Before signing, check which of your markets have local Amex GBT servicing.
The global platforms differ most in what they bundle and who services them.
Which TMCs belong on the shortlist?
CTM
CTM (Corporate Travel Management) is an Australian TMC with operations in Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and its own booking portal (CTM, 2026). It suits companies that want a managed relationship with regional presence.
CTM's shares returned to the ASX on 3 September 2026, once it had lodged its FY2026 accounts (CTM ASX announcement, 2026). They had been suspended since August 2025 while the company investigated overcharging of some UK clients (Business Travel News Europe, 2025). Read its latest ASX announcements before you sign a multi-year contract.
FCM Travel
FCM is the corporate travel business of Flight Centre Travel Group, and it says it operates in more than 100 countries. It's a traditional TMC with local agents, including offices across Southeast Asia.
It suits a company that wants a person to call in every market and is comfortable paying for that layer of service. Ask how fees are structured for changes and out-of-hours help. Our guide to corporate travel management best practices includes a checklist of questions for any TMC.
A TMC earns its fee on the trips that go wrong, so test that part.
The regional platforms
ITILITE
ITILITE is headquartered in Bengaluru and offers business travel, expense management and corporate cards. Its published support lines are in the US and India (ITILITE, 2026).
It suits companies whose travel is weighted towards India, and US teams wanting one tool for travel and spend. Before signing, check support coverage for any other region you travel to often.
Accomy
Accomy (us) is a corporate travel platform for Asia-Pacific SMEs, headquartered in Singapore with offices across the region. It books flights on GDS, NDC and low-cost carrier content, and hotels at negotiated rates.
Price caps by employee grade apply at the moment of booking, and payment runs in several currencies through Airwallex. A human support desk answers on WhatsApp, Line and WeChat, and travellers can book in the Accomy app on iOS and Android.
Pricing is a booking markup included in the final price, with no subscription. The interface is less polished than the best-funded platforms here, and integration with accounting and ERP systems is on the roadmap rather than live.
Regional platforms trade some polish for closer support and simpler pricing.
Which head-to-heads do buyers ask about most?
ITILITE vs TravelPerk (now Perk) for APAC businesses
Neither publishes a Southeast Asian office, so for travel inside Southeast Asia the deciding question for both is who answers when something breaks locally. Beyond that they lean in different directions.
ITILITE is headquartered in India and suits India-weighted travel. Perk's strength is Europe, where it grew up. An APAC company flying mostly to Europe will find Perk more natural, and one whose travel runs through India will find ITILITE closer to home. For regional travel, see our comparison of corporate travel providers in Southeast Asia.
Navan vs Perk
Both are modern platforms for SMEs and mid-market companies that combine travel with spend. Navan's footprint is strongest in North America and EMEA, with offices in Singapore and Sydney. Perk's is strongest in Europe and the US.
Navan also bundles corporate cards. Compare the two on the regions you travel to, the expense workflow finance wants, and the total cost at your volume.
Navan vs SAP Concur
This is mostly about size and existing systems. SAP Concur wins where the company already runs SAP and has a procurement team to own an implementation. Navan wins where the company wants one modern product for booking, expense and cards without an ERP project first.
The right head-to-head is the one between the two providers that fit your company's shape.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the top B2B travel platforms for corporate booking?
Eight commonly shortlisted in 2026 are Navan, Perk (formerly TravelPerk), SAP Concur, Egencia, CTM, FCM Travel, ITILITE and Accomy. Navan, Perk, SAP Concur and ITILITE are software platforms. CTM and FCM are travel management companies with their own booking tools. Egencia and Accomy combine a booking platform with people, so routine trips are self-service and exceptions go to an agent.
What is the difference between a TMC and a corporate booking tool?
A travel management company (TMC) provides a managed service: agents book, change and support your travel, and usually supply the reporting. Our explainer on what a TMC is goes further. A corporate booking tool is software employees use to book travel themselves within company policy. Many companies use both, and several providers now offer the two together, with self-service for routine trips and agents for the difficult ones. The choice usually comes down to trip volume and how much support your travellers need.
ITILITE vs TravelPerk: which is better for APAC businesses?
It depends where in APAC your people travel. ITILITE is headquartered in Bengaluru and suits India-weighted travel. TravelPerk, now Perk, is strongest for travel to and within Europe. Neither publishes a Southeast Asian office, so a company travelling mainly within Southeast Asia should compare both against a provider with local support in its markets before deciding. Test each on your most common routes, since coverage of regional carriers varies.
What do CFOs look for in a corporate travel platform?
Mostly five things. They want a cost model they can forecast at real volume, and policy applied at the point of booking. They want payment that doesn't depend on travellers' own cards, a monthly report that reconciles to the invoice, and a clear answer on who handles disruptions. Features beyond those matter less to finance than whether the numbers are predictable and the controls actually work.
How are corporate travel booking platforms priced?
Models vary: subscriptions, per-trip fees, per-seat licences and markups on bookings. Most of the major providers quote on request, so expect a sales conversation and ask for the total cost at your trip volume, including changes and support. Accomy charges a booking markup that's included in the final price, with no subscription fee, so its cost rises and falls with how much you travel.
Can small companies use B2B travel platforms?
Yes. Several platforms, including Navan, Perk and Accomy, are built for companies with tens rather than thousands of employees, and a small team usually has little to integrate before the first booking. The enterprise suites are generally more than a small company needs, both in cost and in the implementation work they expect before the first booking. Start with a platform sized for your volume and move up only if travel grows.
Why not just use Booking.com or Trip.com?
Consumer sites have no company policy controls, no consolidated invoice and no view of where your travellers are. They can look cheaper fare by fare, but the cost shows up later in expense claims, out-of-policy bookings and the time finance spends reconciling them. A corporate platform also gives you negotiated rates and someone to call when a trip goes wrong.
Accomy is a corporate travel platform for Asia-Pacific companies, with GDS, NDC and low-cost carrier content, policy caps by employee grade and a human support desk. If that sounds like your company, see how it handles your routes.
